All three stories of house interior painted. Upper deck, glass slider and frames repaired and painted. Deck gets one more coat of deck seal when rain stops. New electrics, dimmer switches, chandelier, sconces, and lights on main floor. Front entrance, security gates, doors, window treatments, and stairs looking fresh and new after several coats of bright white concrete paint. Repaired all stair risers, rails, and balusters and painted bright gloss white and gloss black. Master bath and basement foyer retiled and updated. New carpet installed in basement. New windows in master bedroom and AC box installed. Top two stories heart of pine hardwood floors and all horizontal stair steps to be resurfaced and sealed starting this Thursday. Good news is that Im sill within budget and only a week and a half behind my original scheduled completition date! House beautiful goes back on the market beginning of September.
