All watches sold by us are authentic 100%. Should there be any aftermarket parts, such as dial, bezel, clasp, lug, it will be stated. If watches are sold and found out not authentic, we will FULL REFUND the watch price , not the shipping charges, taxes, paypal charges or any. Any refund/exchange must be done not later than 5 working days. We only accept returns based on 1. Watch movement not original to the watch itself. 2. Aftermarket parts that are not made known to seller. 3. Fake diamond parts not stated. IN HOUSE WARRANTY means at the point of time the watch being delivered / shipped in perfect working condition. Any faulty parts after delivery ( 5 working days ) have to be informed or contacted before any repair work being done. We will assessed in a case by case scenario. We will not accept any responsibility of the watch after that period. If you bring it to outside watchmaker/agent we will not take any responsibility of any cost incurred. We warranty all watches apart from vintage collections twelve months from the date of receipt. We will NEVER warranty on time keeping and water resistance for all our preowned watches. We are unable to warranty winding stem breakage / mainspring jam and any other mechanical fault, after receipt of our watches. We will not warranty on Diamonds that are genuine but however a lower grade as described. We are unable to grade the diamonds unless previously told or advised on. Any other business will be treated as a case by case scenario, we always hope to serve our customers better in a safe, fair and happy trade ! Vintage collections means any watch more than 10 years.
