Alleged Kidnapping And Extortion In Celina Rutter and Mobley Two suspects are being held - 44 year old Brian Mobley and 28 year old Megan Rutter - and have both been charged with extortion and are being held on $5,000 bonds. Both are currently locked up at the Mercer County Sheriffs Facility. Celina Police are currently investigating an alleged kidnappig and extortion. An unidentified man contacted the police on Sunday afternoon about his girlfriend being held on ransom in the Celina area.
