Allowing Central American children to sit in classrooms with American students will only result in our teachers being less able to teach. I believe it is a concerted effort on the part of the Obama administration to put the U.S. even further behind Asia than we already are. Without proper education our scientific and research & development communities will be no match for those in Asian countries, resulting in the U.S. being left in the dust on the world stage.
