Alma asked, I need heeeeelp. I just switched my kids from a charter school (the new public school, but without zip-code requirement) to Connections Academy. I live in Philly, where the school district is failing and broke, so there is not too much hope for my 13-year-old (8 grade,) 11-year-old (6th grade), and 6-year-old (kindergarten) kids in local public school. I just started trying Connections Academy this January. So far while I adjust it has been time-consuming and kind of hard to understand. My problem is that I work full time, luckily in my own business with my husband. Sso now I am home all morning and the kids study from 8:00-12:00 or 1:00, and then we all head to work (they are also learning to work which I believe it will not hurt). I would like to hear from parents who happen to work full time while kids are homeschooled (cyber schooled). Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks!
