Almost 16 years ago I said this oath I, Kevin Paul Patterson , do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God. And 13 years ago today September 1, 2001 our great nation was attacked by cowards. I answered the call like many of my brothers to defend this nation multiple times since then. I still stand today ready to deploy and face our enemies whoever they are wherever they hide. To seek out, close with, and destroy all those who wish to harm our freedom and way of life. The United States of America is still and will always be the greatest nation on this planet because of the people who live here, volunteer to defend her and love her as much as anything else in the world. God Bless the United States of America and God Bless all those who lost their lives 13 years ago today and since defending this great nation.
