Almost skipped cf today but wont be able to go tomorrow or sat so I said eff this Im going and was praying for a leg day cuz my upper bod is so sore. Walk in to find this..... A. 10-15 minutes of gymnastics practice B. Three sets for max reps of: 60 seconds of Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs.) 60 seconds of Rest 60 seconds of KB Swings (53/35) 60 seconds of Rest 60 seconds of Pullups 60 seconds of Rest 60 seconds of Burpees 60 seconds of Rest. Got 205 total reps Rxd oh AND I got a band assisted bar muscle up! Might sound lame but those bad boys are tough and I couldnt do it last time I tried. One step closer!
