Almost two weeks later...after several hours on the phone on varying days with multiple levels of customer service by Bell...they FINALLY sent a technician to the house to figure out why we didnt have TV. (after having to call in to see where the tech WAS after no-show during the promised service window) After him spending over an hour trouble shooting AND having to call HIS tech support to try and figure out how their systems could be reporting that we have TV when we very clearly didnt, the decision was made to finally just replace our modem to see if that would work.. poof! TV is fixed. (We told them 2 weeks ago it was the modem but they wouldnt believe us...) Sigh.
