Aloha! Minimal impact from TS Iselle on the island of Oahu. We had some strong winds and a few areas got serious rain. Surf is high in places it normally isnt, but for the most part a non-event. The Big Island and Maui were not so fortunate. Big Island got smacked fairly hard, especially south of Hilo. Significant flooding, downed trees and destroyed structures are reported across the island from north to south. A third of the Big Island is without power. Maui has some power outages and there is significant wind damage in some areas. Havent heard of any loss of life yet, so fortunate in that regard from what theyve reported. Hurricane Julio is still tracking towards us, but the 66% probability track has it moving past just to the north. If it stays north, all is good. Wont know until Sunday morning/afternoon.
