Alot of folks tell me that i should wait to go to nursing school simply because its hard work and very time consuming; the say that i may not be able to work and if i do work i will have little to no time with my children...ugh! So now im stuck between a rock and a hard place because as much as i feel that i am more than ready to get this show on the road; i dont want to go and flunk out because i may have limited study time and i do have young children that need my attention and my time. The fact of the matter is that when i do take that big step in life i DO NOT want to disappoint myself by not meeting up to MY OWN standards! No im not doubting myself but i am facing reality, maybe i should wait until my kids are older to go. I mean i am at a comfortable place in my life right now and i am in the nursing field; although i am not quite where i want to be i do know that i am way closer to my goals than i was last year and the years before that! Hey but i know one thing i will be where i want to be and i WILL be a nurse before i hit the dirty thirty hunty!
