Alright Ive been telling myself January 5th or (J5) is my start date to get back on the fitness track! I havent been very motivated for the past couple months. Basically since the marathon. I think I needed a mental break and my back was/is bugging me making me frustrated. All excuses aside J5 is my day to start over. My goals are to start clean eating and meal prepping again, get to the gym minimum 4x/week, start training for Martian, and ultimately lose 15-20 lbs by May. Im in a slump and I dont like it! If you make a good tasty clean recipe send it my way. If you do a really cool killer workout send it my way. And I will do the same as well. Support is one of the most powerful things to help each other stay motivated. Heres to a new year, fitness goals, and a happier healthier self!!
