Alright. My first post to the group. Ill preface this by saying I am a huge Cowboys fan. I get emotional. I am not a hater, nor am I a kool-aid drinker. Ill give praise or criticism when deserved. Its time for a rational discussion about the Cowboys. The team was written off at the beginning of the season by experts and many fans. I had my doubts as well. Our schedule was supposed to be too hard. We lost our best 3 defenders due to contracts/injury. Now the team is 8-4, winning more games than many thought possible, and in serious contention for a playoff spot. This game in Chicago is HUGE on Thursday night. Dang near a must win considering the Bears are the second weakest team we have remaining on our schedule. I believe if we lose this game our playoff hopes go down the drain. Even if they do, the team has already exceeded my expectations for the year and has given me hope in the coming years as we build the defense (specifically trying to find a dominant d lineman and safety). Thoughts?
