Alright, put out the goodness, folks. Our mortgage application is sitting with the underwriter as we speak. We should hear news about whether or not were approved - we were pre-approved, but yeah, well, we have to now be actually approved - in 24-48 hours. Theres no great cause to worry overall, but we hope we have submitted everything - including enough financial data to form a small country - to get quick approval so we can move to close early next week. So prayers, good energy, and positive thoughts appreciated.
