Alright so heres the deal, and yes Kat I know Im like 7 years behind, I have let life get away from me and Ive let myself become a quitter with excuses and stupidity letting my disabilities control me. Now I am motivated to overcome this crap but dont know fully where to start anymore but I have role models so consider this my public asking for help, which many know I never do, Noah, Vincent, Derek, Im tired of being a depressed 350lb pre-diabetic with high blood pressure who cannot play or lift his kids. I just need some help and direction........
