Although I have occasionally enjoyed drinking rum punch in the past, somehow it was rarely made at home. Then I read John Chandlers fascinating book on the Ocean View Hotel over the Christmas period. He ends the book with their Rum Punch recipe, so I have been enjoying his recipe with a few tweaks to adjust to my particular tastes, i.e. a little more rum and additional falernum. Today I pulled out my mother-in -laws recipe, her Kingsley Club Rum Punch and made a small batch...now on a second one...it is really a very impressive mixture....
