Although things have not worked out as expected thus far this weekend I think Im still ahead of the game.... The remaining carpet was not delivered yesterday afternoon but the carpet installer did not know that - so he showed up this morning with an assistant to finish the stairs - so while the other guy vacuumed the entire house the installer arranged for carpet delivery today AND he fixed my kitchen faucet so I wouldnt have to get down under the cabinet and work on it. Woo hoo! I was dreading that job - have replaced many faucets but the worst is laying on your back and reaching up ---- my arms are just not long enough! The air isnt working as efficiently as it should but its only going to be 82 today - and the heating/cooling guy is on his way. No matter what else happens this weekend the most important thing of all -> my kitchen faucet is ready for an inspection! Woo hoo and the potential buyer stopped by yesterday late to make measurements and see the new carpet - and walked around saying over and over I just love this house! :-)
