Am about to sign up with attorneys who will take on my case against the Cape Town Municipality. (Or whoever it was that left that lump of tar there). The attorneys offer a pro bono service where fees will only be applicable on success or partial success of the case. Which scares the living be-shizzle out of me because if I am awarded say 50 bucks for my pain and suffering I will still be liable for their full legal fees. Can anyone recommend legal counsel I can approach to read through this contract and translate any scary bits into simple Eengrish?
