Amazing how when the cable company has been billing us for cinemax for 7 months now that we did not order and was said to be free for a year and upon calling them they claim that since we been paying it the whole time theres nothing they can do to adjust the bill , UNTIL I start quoting FTC fair billing regulation and I let it be known that until they produce a contract showing we accepted cinemax on our service that no mater how long ive been paying it I have a statute of limitations of 1 year to act upon this false bill. Ooooh then suddenly they can adjust our bill and credit 7 months of cinemax charges back to our account. I just turned a 106 dollar bill into a 31 dollar bill ! Amazing how laws work in your favor when ya know them !
