Amen to this!!!! Ive been thinking this to myself for weeks...months now! So glad a big name like SuperVision finally came out and had the guts to say it. He couldnt be more correct. Just read his words. Fellow DJs...anyone who attends shows. Read em. Its easy to get on stage and play hype tracks. Its easy to play party music, trap remixes, shit that you hear on the radio because they are crowd pleasers. And as a DJ you want to please the crowd. But you have to stay true to yourself. Thats what I plan to do...in good time. When I pay good money for a show, I dont want to just hear hype tracks back to back. I dont even want to go to party. I want to hear SOUL in the music. I want to feel it. There are artists out there delivering that, and those are my favorite artists for a reason.
