American Drones and bombers will take out a substantial ISIS force, but without boots on the ground to recover ISIS land takeover in Iraq and Syria, this War cannot be won. Today, Germany, Turkey, and yes, Great Britain, indicated an unwillingness to join ground forces. With Americans not there, and Arab nations probably offering moral support, there is no Desert Storm Allied Ground Force. Wars cannot be won from the air. ISIS came out of the inability to politically unite Sunnis and Shiites. As long as there is the age old sectarian divide, along religious tribes, war will accomplish nothing.
