You cant have one or the other. Secondly, Ive heard bobble heads on TV like CNNs Don Lemon call Fergusons actions a showing of anarchy, when in fact there is a state apparatus claiming ownership and taxing that land. Besides the obvious, anarchism has nothing to do with disorder and fire setting.
