Recently, someone recorded, Senator Lindsey Graham, of South Carolina spewing the following words. Im trying to help you with your tax status, Graham says in the recording. Now, any ignoramus, who hasnt studied much, is going to accuse me of racism and other triteness. But, one must understand that, I do not hold the monopoly on anything. Therefore, Its impossible for me to be a racist. To be a racist, one must be proficient in the matter of racism. Which means, such belief and practice has to be institutionalized and internalized to the point of perfection, whereas, an entire population can be subjected to rules of laws, belief and the education system for the sole purpose of their retardation.. I.E (Jim crow, the police force, School, Prison, Media and sweet jesus)
