That’s why you will be sure that he will spare no effort trying to move forward with your project - Motivation and Enthusiasm: a partner’s passion is not something that only affects him. It’s a constant source of motivation for all employees and other partners during the tough times at the beginning. - Dedication: passion is an endless pool of reasons for why a partner should dedicate every minute of his time for the project, the higher the passion, the higher the dedication. - Risk taking: a partner – as every stakeholder in a start-up – takes a high risk by joining.
