We have a neighborhood cat who seems to either not want to go home or who may not be allowed into his home who desperately wants to come into our home. He has arrived on the back patio with a couple of serious injuries from being out all night (not sure if he is neutered). He sits and stares and cries at my two cats through our screen door and occasionally charges the door, hissing - which is why I have not yet brought him in. He wears a collar and I have called his owner to express concern but she seems very aloof, saying that He likes to come and go. Now, he is my constant worry, especially as the temps drop. I put an igloo outside which I have found him sleeping in twice. What would you do or is there nothing that can be done since he is someones cat? Very upset and sad over this... Hopefully your audience has ideas in his best interest. Thanks.
