An American soldier is not just some anonymous person dressed in camouflage and handed a rifle to defend our freedom. They are our sons, daughters, fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters and extended family members and friends who are prepared to give THEIR OWN LIFE to protect our country and our way of life. Please, in addition to remembering our fallen heroes, take a few minutes this Memorial Day to thank a veteran or active duty soldier for their service to us and our great nation.
