An Elliot update: Denny just talked to Dr Tucker at FVRC. She is the emergency vet who cared for Elliott all night. She says he doing much better this morning. He is now able to stand and walk and they are able to take him outside to do his business. He is still weak but better. He was totally exhausted yesterday when we got him down here. He has been fluids and oxygen overnight, as well as three antibiotics. His lung was not collapsed but he has aspiration pneumonia. There is still some fluid in the lung but he is now able to breathe on his own without oxygen. They hope to be able to feed him and have him drinking water normally later today.
