An Expat (Non-Egyptian) “Marina Marketing Manager” is requested for an Immediate Hiring, Egypt: Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities regarding marina and boats. • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future. • Analysis of International marina trends and yacht owners, current market conditions and competitor information. • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for the existing marina and how to improve it. • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and it’s reflection on marina flow. • Monitor, review and report on all marina activity and results. • Determine and manage the marketing budget. • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget. • Develop pricing strategy. • Liaison with media and advertising within marina and boats market. Qualifications: • Must be graduated from Business or Marketing-related degree or equivalent. • Must have experience in ‘’Marina field’’ from 5 to 7 years. • Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies. • Technical marketing skills. • Proven experience in customer and market research. • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. • Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. • Understanding of branding principles and tactics through multimedia including the Web. • Proven ability to design, develop and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics.
