An Idea to End Beggary ? Is it practical? Govt can make a shelter house for beggars, and no one should be allowed to beg on roads and streets. There can be a law, if anyone watches anyone begging, that person should be reported on some specific number. When all the beggars would be in a shelter house, that would be a huge number of people, govt can allocate land and can ask them to do farming, and grow crops, can make institutes for technical skills and all such people should be trained and be given work, and therefore would be paid accordingly. they will no longer be called beggars. the vacant land would be utilized, country would have crops, idle persons would be working ... it can be done even by some NGO as well ... What do you say?
