An Important Message on Package Delivery Dear Valued Customer, We are working arduously to get all packages delivered to our customers before Christmas Day. We have been working day and night in a non-stop effort to achieve this goal. However, the traffic situation is having a remarkably negative effect on our ability to deliver all the packages that our couriers leave with. Our couriers hit the road packed to capacity and return late at night with nearly 60 – 70 percent of what they left with making the next days deliveries an impossible task. Our couriers are stuck in traffic much to our frustration and the frustration of our customers. Anyone on the road for the Christmas season appreciates the challenge we are facing. You may have read the Saturdays Express Article on the challenges being faced by many of the leading shipping companies resulting in long lines to collect packages. We know how important your packages are and want to ensure that you receive them before Santa comes down the chimney. As a result, we are asking you to carefully review the following: 1. ALL packages that were delivered to our Miami location as of December 17th are NOW in our Port-of-Spain office. 2. We are advising ALL CUSTOMERS to COLLECT their packages at #33 Picton Street, Newtown, Port-of-Spain to GUARANTEE packages are received before Christmas Day. 3. Although, we are still making best efforts to deliver packages to your door, we CANNOT GUARANTEE delivery before Christmas because of the traffic situation. 4. We have extended our working hours to facilitate pickups from 8:00am to 8:00pm until December 24th (Christmas Eve). Again, please visit our office to collect your package(s) as the present traffic situation puts our customers at risk of not receiving their packages in time for Christmas.
