What surprises u most about humankind?... God answered... That they get bored with childhood. They rush to grow up and then long to be children again. That they lose their health to make money and then lose their money to restore their health. That by thingking anxiously about d future, they 4get d present, such dat dey live n neither d present nor d future. That they live as f dey will never die, and die as f dey had never lived. Gods hand took mine and we were silent 4 awhile And then I asked... As a parent, wat r some of lifes lessons u want ur children 2 learn? God replied wid a smile To learn dat dey cannot make anyone love dem. What dey can do is let themselves be loved. To learn dat it is not gud 2 compare themselves 2 oders. To learn dat a rich person is not d one hu has d most, but is d one hu nids least. To learn dat it only takes a few seconds 2 open profound wounds in persons we love, and it takes many years 2 heal dem. To learn 2 4gv by practicing 4gvness. To learn dat dir r persons hu love dem dearly, but simply do not know how 2 express or show dir feelings. To learn dat 2 pipol cn luk at d same ting and see it differently. To learn dat it is not olwez enaf dat dey b 4gven by oderz. But dat dey must 4gv demselves. And 2 learn dat I Am Here always.
