An Oklahoma police officer fatally shot a man who took off running after being patted down, and the entire incident was captured by a body-cam. In the graphic video, released by the Muskogee Police Department, a man identified as 21-year-old Terence Walker is seen stopping suddenly. He bends to down to pick up something he dropped on the road. Officer Chansey McMillin then draws his pistol, takes aim and fires five shots. Walker was hit three times, police said. He died at the scene.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
