An afternoon laugh! Watch this short funny clip. Its an advert for a low carb bun (*read below). This is what needs to stop- all these stupid extreme diets that get you no where. Cutting food groups out never works. Learning about a healthy balance and not overeating is where it is at. **PS- you dont need to eat low carb super buns either. If youre going to eat a burger, just enjoy the burger. Dont fall for the trap, trying to make yourself feel better by going for the low carb bun. For the record..
