An announcement was made on 30th June that Julian Thomas would be leaving his post as Headmaster of Caterham School in July 2015. Julian has been appointed the Master of Wellington College. This is a significant recognition of Julian’s achievements to date which, of course, include his last seven years as our head. Julian has led the continued evolution of Caterham into one of the UK’s top co-educational boarding and day schools. The OCA is particularly grateful to Julian for his enthusiastic support of our Association. The Trustees of the School now face the difficult task of finding a successor to Julian who can carry his work forward. We wish them well with that endeavour. In the meantime we look forward to continuing to work with Julian and his team during his final year at Caterham.
