An awkward faux pas transpired earlier this morning on my route. At my first stop, my usual peeps came out, including this one woman who just recently bought an adorable Bulldog puppy (In fact, shes probably reading this, so she can consider this apology #2). When she walked up, I said Hows the pooch? Only it didnt come out as pooch. I guess I got my merds wixed up, and it came out beginning with a hard C instead of a P. *Blink -- Blink* I meant POOCH!!! After a pregnant pause, everyone laughed.
