An end to a journey While leaving my home to work I spotted a pigeon stranded on the top of a car. His lack of movement when been approached by the kids nearby raised my curiosity and upon getting closer I noticed that he was injured. Unable to fly, he was just standing on the car roof. Even when I snapped him, he simply turned away. Feeling sorry for him I went back home and brought him some bread crumbs and a bowl off water before I went off on my work. After a couple of hours retuning home after my work, the pigeon was not on the car and water bowl was empty though the bread crumb weren’t touched. I thought that it drank the water and flew away. Contented I walked towards my house but was shocked to see him dead near the entrance of my house. As I took a closer I noticed the water dripping from his beak. That sight broke my heart and it was then it came to my mind that when we, human, are at the peak of our life we are surrounded by well-wishers but when we are low or in trouble in life no one will bother. In the same way same pigeon when was strong had many along with it but as soon as it became week his flocks left him to die. This has made me realize that when anyone is low we need to lend him a hand for that help with make a major difference in the suffering person’s life.
