An end to a two and half week vacation is closely approaching. I have been extremely blessed to have had this time between jobs to self reflect and relax. I was able to spend time with an old friend in Charlotte after 8 years and to meet her daughter for the first time. Enjoy a high school friends company and meet her daughter and her new love for the fist time while she was here from Pennsylvania. I was able to enjoy just being a mom to my boys and seeing all that I truly have been blessed with. There is a lot more work that lies ahead of me but I have learned that yes we all need to work and do our best and utilize our talents that God has given to each of us but always always make time for the good people in your life, especially yourself. In order to ever be happy with anyone you must be happy with yourself first. Be good to yourself. It matters and makes a difference.
