An end to an extremely emotional day. Today we learned that Jerry will most likely be placed on a donor only list. The wait time for a deceased donor kidney is 6-7 years and due to his age, his health at that time would not be suitable for transplant procedure. Now, our only hope is that someone will decide to donate their kidney to Jerry. Even then, there are a lot of hoops to jump through. Please pray for a donor. Jay has decided to take some time away from school ( fall) and re-evaluate exactly what God wants him to do. His heart is in the medical field but his Dads health and other circumstances are causing him to be really stressed and he needs some time off. He will continue to live and work in Bham and then pick back up in January wherever God leads him. I dont think we ever stop worrying and staying on our knees where our kids are concerned. To add to all of this, we are still living in the hotel ( 7 weeks today) . Please lift up every one of us in prayer. Satan is trying his best to attack our family and we covet your prayers.
