An example of problems companies never had before the internet. Back then, they would have dealt (probably), one to one with the customer. Now, they have no option but to deal with a message that has been seen over 332,000 times online. The way to deal with these scenarios even at Longford scale is to tackle them head on, in public on Social Media if you have to. If they are really smart, they can turn this negative into a positive in the way they respond to this.
