An eye surgeon becoming a theatre artist, a dermatologist becoming an RJ, an engineering graduate becoming a professional dancer.. an MBA grad becoming a professional singer.. a drop out becoming an entrepreneur. .a banker becoming a school teacher. .an LLM grad becoming a housewife. .!! These are some of the many examples of career shifts that is happening in our times now... (all the egs are of people I know in person) Why so? Who is to be blamed? Parents? Schools? Colleges? University? Wish each student gets the right career guidance and opportunities to get ahead with their passion and interest ..rather than choosing something which will later create unsatisfactory results and then shift! ! The kind of time, resource and money that is wasted in training them to become what they dont like is a huge cost on our economy. .! If someone makes a study on that, it is sure to be some billions!
