An iPhone video of the first backyard skating rink Mike made for the kids. When Mike set his mind to doing anything he didnt just do it. He made sure that when it was done, it was nothing short of epic. Check out the the kids summer forts and stuff in the background and take a good look at how much he made out of the small space he had to work with, on a year with a record snowfall, nonetheless. He shoveled this whole back yard out by hand and he maintained it, every single night, when he got home from work. Hed go out there and teach the kids how to skate and play hockey and he skated with them, too. Note the fancy lighting system he installed around it for that arena look so the kids could enjoy some late-night skating fun.This is just one example of the kind of high-quality Mike he was. Mike set the father bar so high, no one else could reach it. Mike was an epic father!
