An interactive programme titled “Rendezvous with Portraits, Portrayed and the Artist” was organized in the New Guest House of Aligarh Muslim University. In all, twenty-two portraits made by Dr. Asma Kazmi Assistant Professor Department of Fine Arts, were presented to the portrayed ones at a small function marked with sophistication, grace and warmth.The portraits were put on display finally before presentation to the portrayed and art lovers from the University community savoured every moment of the graceful evening. The portrayed ones included Sir Syed Ahmad Khan,Lt. Gen (Retd.) Zameer Uddin Shah, Vice Chancellor, Brigadier (Retd.) Ahmad Ali, Pro-Vice Chancellor,Several Learned Professors of the University and several other eminent personalities.
