An open Letter to Tulare County District Attorney Tim Ward: Dear Mr Ward, My parents, Leo and Loretta Havner from Exeter, have been robbed several times in the last month. The man (for lack of a better term) who has committed these robberies has been caught , confessed and arrested twice. Each time he beats the arresting officers home. I have heard this is because the D.A will not pick up the case. I know there are a lot more restrictions since the passing of Prop 47, but I have to ask myself, If it was your elderly parents being harassed would you find a way to pick up the case? I could tell you his name, but Im sure you already know it. You are an elected official Mr. Ward and I will be keeping the public updated on this case. I know that probably doesnt concern you, but its all I can do until the next election. I am asking anyone that will to PLEASE share this. What if it was your family being upset to the point where they cant sleep and feel like they have no one to help them. I have done everything I can, but if the law wont help, what do I do? If you live in Exeter or nearby, lock your stuff up. This guy is on the streets and knows he faces no repercussions if he takes it.
