An overnight crash involving two tractor trailers has closed two major ramps in the Interstate 81 Exit 70 interchange with Interstate 83 in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County. The crash with the two tractor trailers closed the ramp from southbound I-81 to southbound I-83. Debris from the crash fell onto the ramp underneath and has closed northbound I-83 to southbound I-81. Both ramps will likely remain closed for the next few hours and affect the early morning commute.
