An update! Im currently ridiculously busy because Yangon Bakehouse is expanding from one location to three locations by December first! Ive been promoted to the launch manager, which means Ive been busy with architects designing the two new locations as well as preparing for the openings. One of the cafes is in a new hotel (an Eco hotel with solar powered energy, recycled water and a lot of other cool things - the first of its kind in Myanmar) and the other is in the office building of a huge technology company (Ooredoo from Dubai). Its been a crazy week so far. Expect to hear very, very little from me in the weeks to come, but if you could, be thinking/praying/wishing me well. This is such a huge opportunity as well as a huge challenge for me!!
