An update from Mission Ecuador via Jessie Joyce: Hi! This is Jessie with the update about today! We started our day a bit later with a service in the park with our whole group. Chris brought us a really good lesson and some things to think about. It was a really great experience! We then headed over to the other park to begin our prep for the concert, breakdance contest, and flash mob. Many of the locals came out to enjoy the entertainment, we enjoyed it too! The pastor from Quito spoke and prayed over the audience. He is the one who brought the christian band from Quito to play. The breakdance contest was a big hit and many people came to watch. I personally enjoyed sharing my camera with a little girl about 4 it 5. She loved taking pictures and showing me:) Chris estimated about 800 people came out today! We danced and fellowshipped with them all! It was incredibly moving. There will be pictures and videos to come, Im sure. Also, in the church this morning, they had 75 people come. Thats their largest number yet and the church is 4 months old. They also had 8 people come to Christ this morning because of some of the outreach we did yesterday! God is actively moving in our lives and the lives around us here! Love and miss you all:) Church, God is doing His work and allowing us to particpate! Doesnt it feel good?!!
