Ancelotti has signed a top goalkeeping coach in William Vecchi.The 64 year-old Italian arrives at Real Madrid to prepare, analyse and help the coaching staff make the most important decisions when it comes to this specialised position. The decision to choose between IkerCasillas and Diego López could possibly be the most difficult one to make for the new coach, and having someone that he can trust when it comes to making it could prove vital. William Vecchi was the goalkeeping coach at both Parma and AC Milan when Ancelotti was at those two clubs. He worked with Gianluigi Buffon at Parma and then Dida during his time at Milan helping to make both of them, and in particularDida at a time when Milan won the Champions, into two of the best goalkeepers in the world.
