And He [Jesus] said to them, “I beheld Satan as lightning FALL from Heaven. Behold, I GIVE to you POWER to tread on serpents and scorpions, and OVER ALL THE POWER of the ENEMY: and NOTHING shall BY ANY MEANS HURT you” (Luke 10:18, 19)… Having been EQUIPPED with such GREAT PROMISES, it’s absolutely AMAZING that instead of STEPPING OUT on them and WALKING in them, that the Body of Christ is found, for the most part, COWERING in CHURCH BUILDINGS all HUDDLED together PLAYING CHURCH amongst ourselves, AFRAID to GO FORTH into the WORLD and COMPEL SINNERS into the Kingdom of God with the Gospel message of SALVATION. We’re so FEARFUL to STAND against the devil and the powers of DARKNESS that we’re RARELY found out in the streets WITNESSING, TESTIFYING, and EVANGELIZING where the SINNERS are that NEED Jesus in their lives. We’d rather be RELIGIOUS and PRETEND to be SPIRITUAL as if Jesus never GAVE us any POWER or AUTHORITY to FIGHT with. We ACT as if Jesus hasn’t GIVEN us the Holy Ghost to HELP make certain we’re ABLE to PERFORM what’s been COMMANDED of us. Is the Holy Ghost AFRAID to WITNESS? Is He AFRAID to EVANGELIZE? Is He AFRAID to CONVICT the SINNER of their SIN? If NOT, then when did the Church of Christ begin BELIEVING Satan to be STRONGER and MORE POWERFUL than we are in this world? Why do we FEAR him and the PERSECUTION of his FOLLOWERS so much that we PREFER being PEW WARMERS, as opposed to DARKNESS STORMERS? Saints of God, it’s TIME to WAKE UP from our SLUMBER and RECOGNIZE the POWER and AUTHORITY that’s been GIVEN to us by Jesus to GO FORTH and be MORE THAN CONQUERORS in this SPIRITUAL WARFARE!!!
