And Jesus answered and said unto them,Take heed that no man deceive you.For MANY shall come in my name, saying,i am Christ,AND SHALL DECIEVE MANY...For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show GREAT SIGNS AND WONDERS;insomuch that,IF IT WERE POSSIBLE,they shall DECIEVE the VERY ELECT.Mathew 24v4,5,24. Another indicator that points to us that we ARE living in the very last days is the sudden increase of prophets or messiahs in the religious world. These people due to the signs and wonders they peform tend to command a large following. It is interesting that Jesus depicts end time living as characterised by MANY false prophets who perfom MANY signs and wonders.Jesus says by implication that there will be VERY FEW true prophets in the last days.He also says the false prophets major on genuine or moving or undesputable signs and wonders to the extent that IF IT WERE POSSIBLE the genuine Christian(the elect>chosen ones) would be swayed.I have noticed that people tend to be awed by the miraculous, unfortunately the devil can perfom miracles too.If the devil had the power to carry Jesus (the Son of God) up onto the pinacle of the temple building(Mathew 4v5) during the temptation what else is the devil capable of?Ive heard people who want to judge prophets by their miracles and predictions, unfortunately there are two types of false prophets i.e the fake false prophet(a chanser who uses hypnotism and good guesswork) and a true false prophet (one whose power is derived from the devil).DONT UNDERESTIMATE THE DEVIL HE HAS MORE THAN 6000 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE AREA OF DECEPTION.DONT PUT YOUR TOTAL TRUST IN ANOTHER HUMAN BEING EVEN IF HE IS A MAJOR PROPHET WHO PERFOMS MAJOR MIRACLES BECAUSE YOU MAY FALL INTO A TRAP.Im amazed how far deception can go once saw in a video of people kneeling before a major major prophet to recognise the god in him.GOD HAVE MERCY...
