“And forget not all His benefits.” (Psalm 103,2) Here is a little piece of CfaN-history. In August 2002 we had a Gospel Crusade in Kisumu, Kenya. We were invited to the municipal building where the mayor H W Shakeel Shabbir Ahmed and the City Councilors had specially gathered to express their joy and surprise at our coming, as they said ‘to a small town like this’. They then conferred the Freedom of the City upon me and Peter Vandenberg with the Golden Key and plaques. A Councilor said “Reverend Bonnke, when you were here in 1988 half of Kisumu was saved…” I replied “We have now come back for the other half!” This remark brought laughter, but I really meant it. We serve a mighty God and the Gospel is a city-saver, and a nation saver. Rejoice and God bless you. REINHARD BONNKE
