And on a final note - My wife left home this morning at 5:30 and didnt get back until 10:30 tonight. By the time I got to go inside and see her, she was already passed out on the couch. Im going to go perform my nightly zombie-walk routine on her, which consists of turning on the dim lamp beside the bed, turning down her covers, putting her phone on the charger, grabbing her reading glasses, putting the dogs in their respective beds, and then gently waking her enough to zombie march down the hall and tuck her in. I do this almost every night of the year and its about my favorite us thing to do... she always does the same thing each night; stretches her legs, yawns lightly, stretches her arms out, and then holds her hands in the air - which is my cue to pull her up and stand behind her with my hands on her hips/shoulders, walking her down the hall. She usually keeps her eyes closed the whole way and lets me lead her to the bed - at which point she mumbles a few incoherent things and curls into a ball. I still love being married every day. It never gets old!
